New Online Series Coming Soon

I’ve recently been travelling, soaking up inspiration and completing some deeply exciting training along the way.

Online classes are currently on hold, but I’ll be relaunching very soon with a brand-new online series - creatively shaped by my travels, training, and everything that’s been lighting me up recently. Expect thoughtful movement, grounding practices, and space to reconnect - all from the comfort of your home.

You’ll be able to join me live via Zoom wherever you are, and if life gets in the way, recordings will be available so you can move in your own time.

Class packages and full details will be shared soon.

Practise Without Perfection

My approach to yoga is all about rejecting expectation and aligning with what truly matters: love, connection and a sense of purpose.

I was originally drawn to yoga because I loved that the blend of the spiritual with the physical not only makes us feel better, but nudges us closer to being our best selves along the way. Over the past 10 years, I’ve focused on guiding people to let go of what’s weighing them down, allowing them to move with intention, kindness and a little more joy.

In my classes, you won’t find pressure to nail perfect poses or master impossible balances. I’m no gymnast or yoga purist. I know what it’s like to feel totally lost on the mat, wondering what you’re *supposed* to be doing or where on earth your hand needs to go.

Expect sequences that feel amazing, playlists that set the vibe and a good dose of humour to help you feel totally at ease.

My classes are designed for anyone who wants to feel good on the mat without feeling like they have to be perfect. I want you to leave each class feeling lighter and ready to live your life with intention.

“Fresh & Personal”

“I have really enjoyed your Wednesday and Sunday classes.

I like that you mix it up each class and you don't follow a set pattern of X number of rounds adding on each time. The classes feel fresh and personal."

“A perfect blend”

“The online class was wonderful. A perfect blend of peace and clam, whilst waking me up to start the day grounded.

Great timing too...still out of the door by 8am! Can't wait for the next one!

“She’s
The Best!”

“Karen was the second yoga teacher I ever had and is the reason I keep practicing. Her teaching is natural, insightful and educational.

I love that I come away from her classes knowing more about yoga, be that its history, the poses or the benefits. There is always a relevant and beautiful reading at the end, an Om and all this wrapped up in a wonderfully cheeky Scottish package. She’s the best!”

FAQs

I’m new to yoga—can I still join a class?

Yes! All classes are open level and modifications are provided. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience or flexibility.

What should I bring to class?

Yoga mats and props are provided but you might want to bring a water bottle, your own yoga mat (if you have one), and wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.

Do I need to book in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome when space allows, we recommend booking online or through the studio website to secure your spot—especially for popular classes. There are also special intro offers available that you don’t want to miss!

How early should I arrive?

Aim to arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in, settle your space, and prepare for practice.

What types of yoga do you offer?

I teach a range of styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and specialized classes like prenatal and meditation. Check the studio’s schedule for class descriptions and levels.

Are there classes suitable for injuries or physical limitations?

Yes. Gentle and restorative classes are great options, and our instructors can offer modifications. Please let your teacher know about any injuries before class starts.

What is your cancellation policy for classes?

Please check with the studios in each case as they may differ and you really want to avoid a late fee or loss of credit. This also allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.

Do you offer memberships or class packages?

Yes! We offer drop-in rates, class passes, and monthly memberships to suit different schedules and budgets. Check the studio websites for more details and pricings.
