“She’s
The Best!”
“Karen was the second yoga teacher I ever had and is the reason I keep practicing. Her teaching is natural, insightful and educational.
I love that I come away from her classes knowing more about yoga, be that its history, the poses or the benefits. There is always a relevant and beautiful reading at the end, an Om and all this wrapped up in a wonderfully cheeky Scottish package. She’s the best!”
Amy Jamieson
“life changing”
"Happening across Karen’s yoga classes has been life changing for me, a newbie to yoga, an awkward pose-r, Karen’s classes are just what I needed.
Karen’s classes are very special - warm, welcoming and inclusive. Everyone needs a Karen in their life - not only an excellent yoga teacher, but a well balanced and fair person, with great humour, and knowledge making for great chats at the end of the class”

“Lucky
indeed”
“When Karen walks into your life, you have found a good one! I've been practising for 30 years with lots of different teachers but Karen is my go to!
Her guidance will take your body through to peak poses you never thought you could do with a lot of fun and humour along the way! She is the most refreshing yoga teacher in every way and a burst of sunshine in every room!"

I’ll let you in on a secret. I shouldn’t really be a yoga teacher.
I’m not naturally flexible, can’t do a freestanding handstand to save my life, and I’m definitely not a gymnast or a contortionist.
But growing up, I felt pulled toward the mystical side of life. I’ve always believed that there’s more to things than meets the eye.
My first experience with yoga, though? It was memorable for all the wrong reasons: a friend and I showed up to a rather extreme class at a Buddhist Centre. As two clueless teenagers, we laughed the whole way through – something about leather straps just didn’t scream ‘zen’ to me at the time. It definitely wasn’t love at first sight.
Despite first impressions, something drew me back. After a - lets just say 'interesting' - time in my late 20s I found myself back on the mat trying to escape my own mind and circumstance. Forward folding in a local church hall, it finally clicked for me. I felt like I’d found a magical little escape hatch from all of the chaos.
Throughout yoga teacher training, imposter syndrome hit HARD and I felt like a fraud. But I felt this calling deep in my bones, so I stuck with it.
Yoga took root in my life, creeping into my daily routine… I’d even find myself doing tree pose while waiting at the office photocopier.
I know what you’re thinking: ‘she quit her 9-5 to live out her yogi dreams and lived happily ever after’. But that wasn’t quite the case… yet. I left my corporate job, full of optimism, only to fall flat on my face. Reality came knocking in the form of bills and a mortgage, so back to the grind I went.
But just when I was ready to make peace with my corporate fate, a chance came up to teach at a retreat in Croatia. I thought: “Okay, one last hurrah on this beautiful yoga trip, and then I’ll be done”. But, as is often the way, the universe had other plans. That Croatian retreat flipped everything on its head. Something in me knew that I couldn’t just walk away. So, I did the only logical thing and left to pursue my dreams again, of course.
Now over a decade into teaching, I teach yoga in beautiful, community studios, on global retreats, corporate and private sessions and more. My personal approach to yoga is to lead with love. I create spaces for you to feel completely safe and free, embrace imperfection, and let loose with flowy sequences and great playlists. You don’t need to be bendy or balanced, or unwaveringly dedicated to a daily yoga practice.
Just come as you are.
It’s more than a class, it’s a ritual.
Join Love Divine Online for live yoga sessions on Sundays and Wednesdays- a soulful blend of movement, breath, and stillness to reset, realign, and reconnect from wherever you are.

I was given a necklace when I was 18 and I never took it off. It was silver, super chunky and said Love Divine in gorgeous looped letters on it. I lost it when I was about 30 on a night out and I was devastated. It had meant so much to me, always hanging there around my neck: a constant reminder of love’s power.
When I turned 40, my husband bought me the gold version of the Love Divine necklace from the exact same jewellers (still my favourite!)
I just love the phrase so much: for years, I’d even dreamt about getting it added in big gold letters on the back of my beloved vintage army jacket.
When meditating on my purpose as a yoga teacher, I kept coming back to this idea of love: radiating it, accepting it, putting more of it out into the world. Love is everything. It’s all we have, and it’s all we need. And then I realised, the name and mission I wanted to put out into the world had been under my nose the entire time – quite literally.
Energy healing is a centuries-old practice. Our bodies have vital energy flowing through them: healers use energy to help create and maintain harmony, removing blockages and balancing chakras.
I’m full of gratitude and excitement that I can now offer this incredible form of energy work. Energy healing can work for anyone, and can be practised either in-person or remotely. Reach out if you’d like to learn more, or want to chat about whether energy healing is a good fit for you.

If you’re ever unsure where I am, I guarantee you’ll find me perusing jewellery in Ibizan boutiques or IN GREECE with my head buried in handmade kimonos.
There's nothing I love more than discovering pieces and places that feel personal, timeless and a bit different. I’m like a magpie with a mission. I’ll find the dress of your dreams tucked away in a hidden Cretian boutique or find the chicest Mediterranean spot you’ve never heard of.
For me, it’s never about flashy displays of luxury: it’s about the story behind things, the charm, that little bit of magic that makes it special.
This same approach flows into everything I do. Whether I’m hunting for new style pieces, seeking out retreat venues or picking out a gift,
I bring that same discerning eye.
From my must-know boutiques and brands to coveted pieces, get the lowdown on all my latest style favourites.
